2004 to 2006:
The first CD released by D'ArcAngels/MancStar, Includes production from Kapulot, Cris.mic, Motley & Lyrican with Stoney project managing.
D'arcangels started performing around Manchester & Oldham in 2004 doing small gigs after entering a couple of competitions in 2002 & 2003.
In 2004 Motley & Kapulot put on a night once a month for 6 months @ the Castle Club in Oldham & this brought Skinnyman, Klashnekoff, Heartless crew & Broke N English to perform with D'arcangels supporting on a couple of occasions.
Motley also invited D'Arcangels as guests to support Dilated Peoples with him in 2004 first performing in London, Manchester & then Birmingham.
This was the highlight of the year for D'Arcangels & from this we went on to record Mancsta Music Vol 1 which was released in 2005, this brought more local gigs around Manchester & Oldham with the CD making a little noise on the underground scene & D'Arcangels then started performing as MancStar later in 2005.
The first performance as MancStar was performing @ the Music Box on Oxford road @ a night called Battlescars which included battles and live performances.
MancStar performed @ Battlescars 3 times between 2005 & 2006 once supporting Skinnyman on his comeback tour with Urban Knights in 2006
